Hi all!

I have lost 40 lbs slowly since sept 09 - by going to weight watchers.

But I have not lost any for the last month - I feel stuck and unmotivated to continue although I really do want to continue.

Does anyone have and tricks or tips to re-spark my motivation and progress?

Hey ladies - I will look into the health and well being location too. It just scares me over there sometimes cause it is mostly mommies losing mommy weight.... something I don't have in common with them...

Firstly, well done on losing 40lbs, that is fantastic! I'm only at the start of my journey, so I hope I do as well as you!

As for motivation etc, mine is pretty strong at the minute but since I only began start March it would be!

However, as I have irregular periods etc I know it's really important to lose weight. And if I need Clomid down the line, I'm anticipating they'll want me to have lost weight.

This is what I do: I've made lists of why I want to lose weight and keep them handy. If I feel I'm losing motivation I will read them. I also have a weight loss box where I have put things like weight loss success stories ripped from mags, pictures of clothes I would wear if I were slim, notes on how my life would improve if I lost weight, and most importantly, a little babygro!!! Getting that out and looking at it always keeps me on track. I ALWAYS keep my goals in my head and lots of times during the day I remind myself why I'm doing this...

If so theres a fabulous app that's really working for me.... "My Net Diary"
it was 49pm and worth every penny.
They've got a website too if you can't use your phone....
 
Well done on losing the 40lbs! Dieting and losing weight is a really hard thing - but 40lbs is a massive achievement! Over the last 3 years I have lost nearly 90lbs and all I can say is about half way through I plateaued and had a couple of very hard weeks where nothing seemed to make a difference. - Hang in there and your body will catch up!
