Help me put hubby's cocktail hamper together...

Hubby likes to drink te occasional cocktail & last year he was given a cocktail shaker for Christmas which he was really enthusiastic about... but has never really used.

He's really hard to buy for so I want to make him a cocktail ingredient hamper. Ideally I'd like to get him 5 bottles give or take (alcohol and syrups etc) that can make a small variety of cocktails.

I can only think of vodka & orange though - which is crap!!!

Are there a few cocktails that have similar ingredients???

I love drinking cocktails... but for some reason never remember what's in them the next day

Do you know which cocktails he likes or whether there's a particular alcohol base he enjoys? That should help to narrow down what you include.
How about:
Ice cube tray/ice crusher/whiskey rocks
Vodka
Gin
Rum
Whiskey
Triple sec (can be used in loads of cocktails)
Tia Maria (if he's a coffee fan)
Dry Vermouth
Grenadine
Sugar syrup
Lemonade
Coke
Tonic
Fruit juice (depending on which cocktails he likes, but orange and cranberry are pretty versatile)
Some limes/lemons/olives/cherries
Maybe bitters?

Cointreau (triple sec)
White rum
Peach schnapps

Sugar syrup
OJ
cranberry juice
Pineapple juice
Coconut milk
Sparkling water

Limes
Strawberries
Mint
Raspberries

I figure we can make pina colada, cosmopolitan, margarita, mojito, sex on the beach and raspberry Collins. Can anyone see any other obvious cocktails that we have all the ingredients for there?? I want to make some nice little cocktail recipe cards to go with the gift.
