Help! Messed up Period while Down-regging??

I am completely freaking out because I haven't started my "Lupron period" yet. I started down regging on Feb. 13. I should have started my period Tuesday or yesterday (23/24), but haven't. I was scheduled to start stimming this Saturday, the 27th. But I can't start stimming until I have a period. And my clinic has a protocol where you only start stimming on a Sat, Sun, or Mon. My problem is that if I get pushed back a week, my ET date will then be the day of my brother's wedding out of town. I am so stressed, because how am I suppossed to choose between completing my IVF or going to his wedding??
I have been having very light spotting (brownish) since Monday. I have the crampy feeling like AF is coming, so I thought I was going to start any day. This morning I had light pink blood when I went to the bathroom, so I was relieved, but now, nothing again. I'm about to call my clinic, but has anyone else had a messed up period after they started down regging??

I only started down regging yesterday but they did say my period might be late and if it is i have to down reg longer to ensures its working. Are you sure what you are getting ins't your period it could just be a light one. Fingers crossed you can start stimming this weekend. If not im afraid if it was me the wedding would have to wait x

Same thing happened here. Im new to all this and know the state of panic you can get yourself into.
My period was over a week late but clinic reassured me it was normal. I had to attend my scan appointment as scheduled to start stim and they did scan despite period and i am now on new stim meds. It hasnt delayed anything so hopefully you willl also be on course.

Good luck and do yourself a favour and dont panic until you are sure there is somehting to panic about!!

Thank you so much Angel! I called the clinic and I am going in tomorrow morning for a scan to see if my lining has thinned at all. If so, then I can probably start stimming Sat. I hope so!
I'm glad I'm not the only one this has happened to, and also glad to hear that you weren't delayed at all! How far along in stimming are you? When is your scheduled EC?

So, how did it go at the clinic? Hope all is well!
I just started stims Wed and EC scheduled for 9th March so we arent too far apart i imagine. I spent over a week making myself sick with worry but the clinic wasnt too concerned-seems it happens all the time! New rule is to worry less and just let docs do their job.

I called my clinic on Monday when I didn't start, and they reassured me that as long as I'm bleeding at the baseline scan, it will be ok.

I never thought I would say this, but thank goodness AF came!! She came late last night, so all was well with my baseline scan this morning. I start stimming tomorrow!!

I'm due to start next week, after my baseline scan on Thu.
