Help - milk for 1 yr old

So, now that my DS with 1, I am really not sure which kind of milk to give him.

Should I give him cow's (whole milk) - liquid and fresh?
Should I get him powdered whole milk? like maybe Stage 3 of the formula he drinks? there is also Nido Fortified, I think?
Should I boil it if its fresh and cool down and give him from it?

I am confused!!!

well you can give a stage 3 follow on milk, but there is no reason why you cant give cows milk, and from the fridge lo might be used to warm milk though so if he wont take cows milk cold you may want to slightly warm it for him x
