HELP My avatar is HUGE!!!!

I don't know what happened but my avatar is huge! Anytime I upload a pic its huge.How do I get it back to normal size?

it's been happening to me at times too will tell SC though as I don't know why it does it

never did with me, I just had to change pictures

omg this happend to me too
usually it resizes it for me specially if its saved to my desktop and i add it that way i was like whoa!

I can do mine though I wouldn't say it's HUGE but it does make my messages shift to the right

hmmm that made mine bigger than it usually is but didn't shift everything right like it was doing before

It seemed to happen when I uploaded pics that were taken horizontally rather than up and down (if that makes sense )

I do shrink all of my files before uploading...
