help my back has gone, advice on meds needed

Im in urgent need of advice im alone with my 3 kids one is 2 others are teenagers but my back has gone while trying to lift my daughter in her high chair and i am in agony, had to take myself to bed, and my partner is in work, all i have is diazapan which i was given for my back spasms, but they are only 2mg so i have taken 2 because i am in worse pain ever, not sure how many i should have but only 2 iv taken, they dont make me sleepy but they do help with my back, will be ringing the doctor tomorow, i also have tremadol from my previous surgery op, but these do make me sleepy so wont touch them until my partner comes home, dont want to overdose myself with tablets but anyone know if i can take the tremadol a few hrs after taking the diazapan, i just need pain relief to help me sleep tonight, incase i dont feel better but worse, any advice pls?
