help needed with flashing banner!?

hi guys... i've done 2 banners for my adspace thingy but i need them to flash and i have nooooo idea how to do it....

can ANYONE pwwwweeeease help me?

You will need an animation program. I use animation shop you can purchase it on ebay and Jasc website. If you would like me to do it for you PM me =) x
