Hi everyone, we've decided that Rosa is one of two names shortlisted for our little girl (due in November), but we can't seem to find a middle name we like, would appreciate some suggestions.
Rosa ........ Lee

(Our second choice name is Constance Iris Lee (Connie).

Have you considered that Rosa Lee sounds like Rosalie and so people may mistake her name for that? I wouldn't see that as a problem, but some might find it an issue!

I love the name Rosa, some suggestions for middle name in the same style as your other names:

Rosa Grace
Rosa Florence
Rosa Ivy
Rosa Isabel
Rosa Constance

Hi, thank you for your reply, yes we did think about that but I really don't mind, if Lee wasn't our surname then I'd use the name Rosalie. We are quite limited as to names we can agree on that sound ok with our surname.

I can't have grace as its one of my other daughters names, but I do love the suggestion of Ivy, didn't even occur to me to use Constance. Thank you x

I think a longer name would sound good with the short first and last name.

Rosa Amelia Lee
Rosa Harriet Lee
Rosa Mathilda Lee

Any family names or names that have a special meaning to you? I love Rosa btw! And Ivy is lovely, except Ivy Lee made me think Ivy League.

Thank you, I love it too. I thought of Amelia but thought that an 'a' ending the first name and an 'a' beginning with middle name didn't really flow easily? As for any family names with meaning, the only ones really are Constance, Joy, Iris or Lillian.
