Help! Not sure where to post :)

Hi ladies!
Just curious, I just got regulated on thyroid meds finally after 1.5 years and I got upped on meds 3 months ago! Anywho, This was the first month I had Ovulation bleeding. Just wondering, did any of you ladies have any luck after thyroid OR the month youhad ovulation bleeding? Just wondering if it might be "more" successful then months without it!? Thoughts? input? Thanks!!! Happy 1st tri!!
