Help Olbas Oil

I'm panicking ladies I need you're advice.

I've started with a stinking cold today so oh has just boiled some water and put two drops of olbas oil in it. I had my head over it for about 60 seconds but have now read you can't use it in pregnancy.

Is this right??

Probably but I don't suppose you've done any harm hun. Try not to worry and just don't do it again if it says not to? I don't really know petal. Xxx
