Ok so I'm in the uk and I don't no if the scan lady nos about this theory but when I asked about the placenta she said there isn't one at this age, so I asked what side the baby was on and she said bang in the middle! We also can't have copies of our scans till 12 weeks so I took a photo of the screen on my phone. Any help would be really appreciated :) thanks any one that comments xxxx also how do I attach the photo??? Thanks

No insight. Hope someone who knows what that is can give you their opinion. I'm a nub guesser but you are entirely too early for that.

The placenta wasn't even visible on mine at 7 weeks and some days. I just saw the placenta at my last appt., which I was 8 weeks and 4 days. I was told by three different sonographer's that the placenta will not be visible until 8+ weeks. So unfortunately, I don't know if anyone will be able to make a guess based on your pictures. Baby must want to remain a mystery for a little while longer :)

Yeah it's a little longer until the placenta, and it may move sides whilst the uterus grows so not sure if the method you speak of can be applied so early on?

I've seen alit of posts saying it has to be between 6 and 8 weeks but I can't seem to post where those others have posted x

Its just not called a placenta yet, but ramzis is referring what side baby is attached too before 9 weeks. Is this us transvag or abdominal?

It's the choronic villi (start of placenta) usually the bigger white area next to the sac. I'm guessing girl. MORE than likely it needs to be reversed no matter the type of u/s despite what you read on other threads. Trans means right to left. Here's and example
