Help - Ouch

So today my milk has come in and this seems to be the same day my baby has 'eased' off of feeding. My boobs are huge and have swelled all the way under my armpit and nearly up to my collar bone. I know its painful but i don't remember it being quite this bad. I can not move!

Is this normal? I have ben trying to encourage my daughter to feed but she's just not interested.

I know in this period we shouldn't express so ive been keeping away from that.

You could always hand express just enough to relieve the pressure. And save the milk for later use. Don't do a full pump session just hand express enough so your not in pain.
