Help please...21 day prog test!

So I'm totally confused please help me decipher this!! I just got my lab results for my 21 day test. Now I went in on April 18th (cd 22) for my test even though I had not gotten a + opk or temp shift on my chart. The next day April 19th (cd23) I got a +OPK and on April 20th (cd24) I got my blazing +OPK....so I didn't get a +OPK till the day after my test....what does this result mean?? My level says 94.20 and that seems insanely high especially if I hadn't even gotten a +OPK till the day after my test or O temp shift for a couple days? Help me decipher this!!

I have had this test and u have it 7 dpo its only cd21 if you have he standard 28 day cycle with a 14 day lp. If id speak to a doc seems weird. Maybe ur pg? Or maybe ur are progesterone dominent. No point guessing id speak to a doc esp since ur test was done.on the wrong day x
