HELP please confused :S

As u may have read from previous posts i had surgery for an etopic on the 29th july well i rang the hospital today to see if baby had been cremated and was told the reports say they were no fetus there it was a mass of just cells they was nothing to indicate a fetus at all:S im really confused:/ like its saying i was pregnant but it was just a mass i dont get it can someone help explain it to me plz as cant find any info on the inet

Was it a blighted ovum? That's when the sac develops but no baby. That's what I have just been told I had. I really don't know but hope you get answers soon x
