Your best option would be to schedule an ultrasound to make sure it's not ectopic. You have an increased risk of ectopic but I don't think it's always guaranteed to be ectopic.
It definitely looks positive, this must be a huge shock to you. As pp has said, in your personal circumstances you should try to arrange a quick appointment and scan or at least a blood test to confirm the result. Take care.
