Help please ladies!!!

Took a test today at 9-10 dpo and got a very faint +. I have more breast tenderness and frequent urination. Oh yeah and nausea on and off through the day. At first cm was thin and milky (Sorry TMI) then checked this evening and it was thick and white. Kind of like lotion? Im not sure if I can hold out 2 more days to test again. Would like to know has any other ladies experienced this and got ? Help ladies please...

Hey, if you have had a + you should be ok to test again the next day you would only have to wait a few days if it was a - i would do another test or do a clear blue digital and that will tell you :
