help please ladies

hi ladies - I'm just wondering if you can help me..
I had a natural miscarriage 2 weeks ago, at 8 weeks and I'm completely oblivious to what happens now. Will I ovulate this month? Will I get a period?? Or did my miscarriage count as a period?? And any other useful information you could tell me would be great!
This would be helpful to know as my OH and I are trying for a baby again - and I'm just a tad curious about what's going on in there.

You probably will ovulate (although everyones different) but its extremely possible to get pregnant before you have a period again, many women have including myself and most of them go on to have perfectly healthy happy babies (unfortunately I didn't but not because I got pregnant too quickly).... lots of doctors give different advice to when to try again but most say its fine to start again and the reason people will want you to wait until you've had your period is for dating purposes!
