help please

anyone know if deer poop is dangerous?? we were at the zoo in a park where there are lots of wild deers and deer poop everywhere. we had the 2 buggys with us and tried to avoid it as much as possible. freaked now though that maybe they carry parasites/disease and it may be on the buggy wheels. googling says that it can sometimes contain cwd. anyone know??

Well all poo is potentially harmful but can you just give the wheels a wash with disinfectant? x

Buggy is in car boot do will have to wash the boot out too! If there is no actual poo on the wheels can I assume it's safe?
