Help please

Hello ladies that can cook.
i am looking for a savoury coconut rice recipe. it has toasted coconut and chilli. its a sri lanken recipie (i think) i had a friend who use to make this and it was wonderful. unfortunatley i have lost touch with this friend so any help would be fantastic.
