Help please

Ever since giving birth nearly a year ago I have been checking my vagina as I noticed some bumps on my cervix... I think this was due to a hard labour but I like to keep an eye on them.

I was checking the other day when I noticed something I hadn't before and wanted to sew if someone could help me shed some light.

Below my cervix is a like hard thing. I can't determine if this is a lump, muscle or what but it's worrying me. It's a long rectangular shape as apposed to round etc
