HELP, pregnant after take EC

So my husband and I had unprotected sex and long story short is...I took the emergency contraceptive Next Choice two days after and now I'm pregnant.

I'm losing sleep over the fact that the EC may have ruined the fetus and I have a baby with a birth defect or that I may even have a miscarriage...

Please, if anyone that has gotten pregnant after taking an EC can please put my mind and heart at ease, that would be amazing. Thank you.
