HELP progesterone levels at 3 dpo??

So my cycles have been all over the place lately and i ovulate once in a blue moon. So i thought i ovulated on monday (had a +opk on sunday morning) and ff confirmed ovulation for that day. But because my temps were not really rising fast i did a progesterone test on thurday (3dpo) just to confirm ovulation. So my results came back at 7.9ng/L or 25nmol/L. I cant get hold of my doctor and reading on google has really got me confused. Is this an ok level for 3dpo? should i start on progesterone supplements? Am i obviously retesting at 7 dpo but i know i ll drive myself crazy until then so any input will be greatly appreciated

3dpo is pretty early, so 7-8ng/mL is probably ok. They like to see it over 20 in a medicated cycle at 7dpo (as explained to me by my doc), but anything over 10 technically means you ovulated.

Mine at 2dpo was 11.1 and my dr said 'borderline'. I have 30 day cycles so that's why he tests at day 21 (day 21 for a 28-30 day cycle) so I have toget it repeated this month I tried leaving a comment here too and got very little response

I think you will get a better reflection at 7dpo and will have something to compare it against

I think it was ng/L and I'll be having another one on the 13th of Dec but I'm not sure what will happen as we've only been TTC #2 8months so my doc said they may not want to see me til the 1 year mark even if it comes back low again

bcuz its not quite the one yr mark for me either, I'm having issues getting appts I want with my regular OB so I'm going to see a specialist if nothing good happens this month. I'm not very happy with my OBGYN lately. They were awesome 6yrs ago when I was preggers with my son but since then I had an ovary and tube removed and the remaining tube has scar tissue damage so I'm not quite understanding why they are procrastinating to get me in! Baby dust to you!!

Kyliem- did they not do a 7dpo one? Cause 2 dpo i too early i think.my doc said 8 is ok for 3 dpo and sent me in for a 7 dpo retest today. I m so sorry your doc is not hearing you out.

Aiden- cant you just demand to be seen ealry? I mean one tube and one ovary is definitely a reason to be seen earlier. Can you go privately?
