My 2 year 10 month old has been potty trained in the day for ages, he just took it upon himself and when with us, family he wears pants all the time no worries and has never had an accident!
He has been at full time nursery during this time and flatly refuses to use their toilet, potty, his own potty or anything. He's very opinionated (wonder where he gets that from!) and says the toilets are dirty/smelly... As soon as he comes home straight back to using the potty/toilet!
This week I have finished work and he finished full time nursery.
He started a new nursery at a school but flatly refuses to go there either! I've told him all sorts inc nappies aren't allowed etc. his first afternoon he wore pants and just held it in....
How can I get him over his fear of the smelly toilets???
