Hi all im 7 weeks pregnant and for the last 2 nighta ive been waking up feeling ill with diarera but it the day its gone just feel a bit sick ....is this something to worry about maybe food poisening ?? Also ive been gettin yellow discharge and clear that makes my nickers a little damp is this normal....im so scared pregnancy the 2nd time is still so worrying!!

It's all totally normal, preg can cause digestion changes. If it is just at night and goes away, probably not food poisoning. And some discharge in preg is common.
