Looks like some of your bloody show, but I'd give your doc a call if you're worried to put your mind at ease.
I think it can vary- I had some peachy coloured discharge whilst I was in labour with my 1st and the MW said it was bloody show. There won't necessarily be pain with your show, often ladies don't know they've had it until they look at the toilet paper. I think its always best to give your care provider a call or a visit if you're worried, I'm sure they'll be happy to check it out and hopefully reassure you that it's all fine and things might be starting for you
Id say its your body getting ready but def ring if nothing starts happening soon or your worried x
