HELP! Snacking baby :(

Hi! I'm getting a bit desperate now. Imogen was BF on demand until around Christmas, when we introduced a bottle feed a day, and started building it up slowly. She now only gets BF for her first feed of the day or if she's a bit grizzly and I think she wants to suck for comfort, not food. Our problem is that she only takes 3 or 4 ounces at a feed and then wants feeding again a couple of hours later, so she's having eight feeds a day pretty much, sometimes more. At night, we give her a feed, and put her to bed at nine, then slip her a dream feed at midnight or so, when sometimes she'll take FIVE WHOLE OUNCES Then she wakes at five (ARGH) and has some boob, then goes to sleep until eight and then she's up. That's it. No chance of any longer, she's awake. Until we moved house she slept until midday, and I felt fine, now I feel like complete and utter death. Please help. How do I get her to take more at a time? How do I get her to sleep more than five hours at a time?

A baby who started out being BF wont usually take as much formula in one go as a baby who has always been FF. Their tummies are smaller and they are used to feeding little and often which is healthier anyway...
The sleeping sounds totally normal.
To be honest I don't think there's a lot you can do - obviously you can''t make her drink more. You could try a teat with a larger hole and see if that makes any difference?
