HELP! Switching from Income Support from JSA

Right, my Jobcentre isn't helpful whatsoever so i need a little advice from you ladies who have had to/going to switch from JSA to IS.

I sign on tomorrow for the last time so i've been told and I have not been told what my next steps are. (I turn 29 weeks on Sunday)

As Jobcentre offices etc are'nt open on weekends, I would sign off on the Monday wouldn't i? (Been told you cannot apply for it any sooner than 29 weeks)

Any ladies had to switch over? Is it straight forward?

Really easy, just sign off, call income support same day they will arrange an interview at job centre (normally next day) for you to sign the agreement and then you should be paid within two weeks!

Once you've moved to income support don't forget to apply for the maternity grant of £500 xx
