Hi
I had a growth scan this morning, which was fine, BUT I just found out my baby is transverse at 36 weeks! I have been told for weeks they were head down! I have a week to get this baby to turn or I'm being admitted to hospital as of 37 weeks because of the risk of a prolapse umbilical cord. I also found out I have a higher volume of amniotic fluid, the consultant said she wasn't worried about that for now.
SO .. I have googled and turning baby yourself seems to take time! Anyone had any fast success on turning a transverse baby? Or the best things to be doing? I have a birthing ball, which I gather is useful! Also any yoga pose with your hips open and in the air?
Any help is much appreciated!!
