HELP tt electric steam steriliser

had steriliser for 7 and a half months now.
was working fine until today.
it said error at the end of the cycle and then when i switched it back on the screen was blank and it wouldnt let me press the button.
has anyone else had this?
anything i can do or is it dead?
really not ideal for it to happen at this time of night...typical!!

Oh no! :0( I dont have the instruction manual for mine as I got it 2nd hand.
Try googling the manual?

The steam one I had with my son died and I ended up running to 24hour asda for sterilising tablets and a large tub!

ive had error message come up when i havent put enough water in it...could be that?? sorry dont have instructions either.

it came up error so i switched it off at wall. when i put it back on the display was blank and the button wont work.
i've returned it now
