help! what software to make a video with music?

elp pleeeaaase!

Im trying to make a video using video images and a sound recording that i did on my i phone.

Im currently syncing it all to the laptop but i cant find any software on my laptop to make it!

I wanna be able to upload on our website and you tube and facebook as well.

Anyone know of any way i can do this or if there is an app for the i phone that will do it? Ive got 'Splice' on my iphone but it wont let me uppoad or email it anywhere! grr!

Windows comes with "Windows movie maker" generally, which is a really basic program to stick video clips together and you can add music. It doesn't have any special features but it's good for your basic thingies!
