*Help with abbreivations please*

Hello everyone!

I am new to this website and trying to take everything in

I am getting married in the summer and we would love kids very soon but going to try the 'relaxed' approach to conceiving.

Other than NTNP and TTC, I haven't got A CLUE what all of these abbreiviations mean

Could you help?
