10 weeks with twins today... MS on and off since from 4 weeks... but recently getting worse... It strikes in the evening and is horrible... Any advice?

I've been drinking gingerale--helps a little. Plus crackers. I find if I have nothing in my stomach I feel worse. My ms isn't too bad though, mostly nausea, I'm not actually throwing up but I'm still very early.

Hopefully you'll be over it soon! Are you able to keep anything down?

You can buy ginger chews at the health food store. I have never tried them, but I hear they really work.
I know a lot of women who swear by those "preggie pops" that you can order online. Good luck!

I've been having bad morning sickness all day since about week 5. I'm now starting week 9 and it's just terrible. I had to miss 2 days of work! But I finally tried Sea Bands wrist bands about $11 at Walgreens. They seem to take the edge off enough for me to get out of bed. I also bought some Sea Bands Ginger Gum and chew that before I get out of bed or when I feel extra bad. Has helped so far. When I go for my 10 week check up I plan to ask for meds if i don't feel better!

I feel that whenever I am hungry I feel sick... So I try to keep nibbling on something or the other... I found these drops containing tamarind and some other pakistani spices... They work like a charm... Not sure if u cud get them there... Maybe a desi pakistani or indian store would have them... Common name 'chooran'
