So I started my cycle the 19th. On cycle day 9, I had a hysteroscopy. We were told to ttc this month. On cd 10 we avoided bd because we were told to wait 24 hrs from procedure. Late on cd 10 I was hit with a severe stomach virus that landed me in the ER so no bd on cd 11. I took an opk on cd 11 late at night. It was not positive but nearly. I felt a twinge that night but I wasn't fully convinced it could be ovulation. On cd 12 we bd and then today on 13. My opks yesterday were nearly positive until last night it was very negative. Today I've had one nearly positive but not super sure. I am supposed to start luteal phase progesterone if we ttc but I'm so confused on when to start it.
I still have ewcm and I don't know if that means I did or didn't ovulate. Please help ❤️

I was a little confused about this as well! You're not alone. ;) If needed, I believe you are supposed to begin with progesterone after you have absolutely positively ovulated. Therefore, not after you see a rise in the LH, but after the egg has been released which can be anywhere between 24 to 36 hours after that rise. Hope this helps & best of luck to you! :dust:

Thank you so much. I think things were delayed from me being sick and I just today got a super positive opk. So I'll wait until I've ovulated now to start progesterone. Thanks for your help.
