Help with uploading pic from iPhone.

Can anyone help I want to post a progression ovulation pic but don't know how

The easiest way to do it from your phone is by first uploading it to photobucket and then posting the image URL thing in the box where you comment and use the attachment button. When I try that it always says my image is too large.
