Ava is 4 days old and up until now we've been using the SMA bottles in the hospital which she has been fine on. Now we're home and have used the tommee tippee closer to nature bottles that we have with the slow teats for 0 months+ and she just seems to be dribbling most of it down her chin. The bottle dissappears within about 10 minutes, whereas with the SMA ones is was taking her a good half hour to have about 60mls. It just seems to be coming out too quick for her.

Anyone got any suggestions on other bottles to try that may have slower flowing teats for her? Or am i doing something wrong?!?!

I had a very similar issue. My LO was fine on the disposable teats in hospital but then struggled with the tommee tippee ones. I changed to avent and saw a big improvement.

We now use Dr Brown's as she has suffered from colic and have no problem.

Congrats on your new little one!
