Help!

Just got my and I have no idea what the hell I'm doing or what's going on etc.!!

Spoke to the receptionist at the doctors and she's given me the number for the hospital and said if I speak to the midwives they'll see me at 11/12 weeks so will do that later when I'm not in work but I'm just so lost! Not telling anyone yet so can't ask advice from parents or anyone.

Is there anything I should or shouldn't be doing?!

Thanks, yeah I've been taking it for the last month whilst TTC

Make an appointment with your doctor. They will confirm it and write a referral to the midwives.
Theys hould also give you info on what not to eat ect

See that's what I expected! But the receptionist just gave me the midwives number and told me to go straight to them!

Aww congratulations hun....

...i think diffrent places do things differently, where i am you dont go to see the doctor unless theres a problem or you need him to do a test on you to confirm.

Here (North Wales) as long as youve done a home test and its come up positive you just phone the midwifes yourself to arrange your booking in appointment.
