Hi Ladies,

Ive been seeing a few posts about Vitex and other herbals and wanted to let you know what my naturalpath has given me to take to help us TTC. I do have regular cycles but seem to still have troubles gettin that beany!

1. Vit C
2. Vit. D
3. Vit E
4. Folic Acid
5. Iron (liquid to be taken with acidy juice)
6. Flax seed oil (1 tsp. a day)
7. Red Raspberry
8. Womens forumla
9. prenatal

Also every morning I have a glass of water with half a lemon squeezed into it a 1/4 tsp of caynene pepper and a 1/4 tsp of extra virgin olive oil to help keep me regular cause a lot of these herbals will constipate you...I know it seems like a whole lotta stuff, but to be honest, regardless if they help me get preggers or not, I feel better and healthier!!

ps. if you have regular cycles, DO NOT take vitex its meant for women with off cycles and can really screw your system up!

I was also told to drink green tea and grapefruit juice and eat pumpkin seeds. I am ovulating next week so ill keep you all posted on how this routine works out!

thanks for that, i'm on 13 months TTC so if no BFP this month i'll give this a go

I feel like a druggy every morning when I take all this stuff but who knows, it may be worth it!

I take everythings once daily except for Vit. C (3 times daily, but build up to it, start with one)
Red Raspberry two pills three times with meals and same with womens formula. You can also open the red raspberry capule and make it into a tea if you want

Thanks for this!! Dh and I have been TTC for 12 months now and so far everything has come back ok. Good to know there is something natural out there for girls with regular cycles to try!!

Thanks again for the great tip! Look forward to hearing how it does!
