herbs to help concieve

hi ladies just wondering if anyone has tried any herbal remedys? Ive just been reading about how agnus castus helps bring on ovulation (good for those who have come off depo) or lydia pinkhams herbs, and i read zinc is good for DH while ttc, so has anyone ever given any of these a go?

I'm taking ac now. I'm hoping it works. I normally O around CD 30 but one cycle I Od CD17 using it. So hopefully I can O soon this cycle. I'm taking a little more (3) a day but it's best to use it for an extended period.

Hello! I take ac and it defo has shortened my cycles! Dh is on zinc amongst other things, it's a good idea to a least have your DH on that.x

thanks girls, yes im definatly going to give it a try i have always been fortunate to be able to concieve very easily but since having the evil depo injection its not so easy, i only just had my 1st cycle back and started using opk's but havnt ov'd yet and from what iv'e heard it can take a long time after depo so hopefully the herbs do the trick good luck ladies really hope this works for you xx
