OK - so what do you do about BF when teething happens - i mean do you get bitten ? How would you stop this??

I ask as my mum fed us, but only till teething as she didnt wanna get bitten???

I would love to BF my next one for as long as possible as i was "wrongly" advised to stop feeding my wee man when i had medical probs

Most babies will only bite you a couple of times. The best way to handle it, is to pull them into the breast. This cuts off air to their nose, so they will automatically open their mouth to breath. Then set them down away from the you. They learn pretty quickly that biting means no booby and no mommy. I found my son only would bite when his teeth were bothering him.

My son Started Biting Bad after that It was over and i started him on bottle

with my sons i would say a firm NO which would shock them to let go and place them on the floor, thay only did it a couple of times

My LO rarely bites and never related to teething it's self. I do what Samantha suggested. Although she recently nipped me and I was half asleep so I yelped and jumped and I think that was shock enough for her!
