So I was on this forum a few years back trying to conceive my first. Husband had normal but low normal count and 10% morphology and I had mild endo that wasn't treated. After a lap and dye and being referred for IVF we conceived naturally.
So now we have been trying for a year again and im 35 years old. We have been tested again and I now have stage 4 endo but its isn't on my reproductive organs thankfully but bad enough and my husband as low count of 19mil and only 3% morphology.
I could cry. Has anyone any experience with low count and morphology and know about anyone conceiving?
Doctor said its possible to conceive but best option to go with IVF which would now have to pay for and cant really afford.

Sorry to hear about that :( We had the same problem in that we have a child, so IVF is out of the question for us, even though we spent almost 3 years trying (and though I got pregnant a month before the 3 year mark, I have now had a miscarriage so I'm back to step 1)

I have no experience in the morphology thing as it was me causing the issues with conception, but just didn't want to R&R.

I personally was getting all I could from the NHS. They can give you any pills/meds etc just not IVF. So things like clomid, metformin etc are all free on the NHS even after you have had a child.
Hopefully there's something that can help you, and your GP is helpful.

Good luck :) I hope you get your second sticky bean soon!

There is a miracle enzyme called serrapeptase can help clear up endo. and a good multivitamin can improve sperm morphology , your BFP can still happen naturally.
