ok lots of you ladies aready know the crap the FOB has put me thru!!! time and time again! yesterday(as hes been hounding me with texts) and was nice and supportive towards me when I ended up in hospital the other day....neway I gave hm the opportunity to come baby shopping with me BCOZ HE ASKED COULD HE COME!! I was a bit unsure about letting him after having no contact for a month but gave in and gave him a chance!!..................it was a joke!! he couldnt spend 3hours with me without shouting at me all about HIM!! "his son" "his rights" maintenance""what days he can have the baby for visits" "taking the baby three hours away overnight to see family" what HE wanted in regards to the hospital!!! THE LIL GUY ISNT EVEN BORN YET!!!!!!..................aparantly he still "loves me" but doesnt want to be a couple !! im so annoyed with his behaviour after me letting him entertaining him after how hes treated us!!!!!...........hes only looking out for himself and doesnt give a crap!..........anyway he told me yesterday that none of his work colleuges( I also used to work there so they all know me well!) and also none of the guys in the army(which im involved in@) know that we are broken up!!!! he says hes not telling them because its "NONE OF THERE BUSINESS"!!!! so what hes pretending hes the supportive guy by my side and hasnt physically and emotionally abused me and dumped me leaving me in the lurch 8months pregnant?????? its a JOKE!! he should be ashamed bloody coward!!!!............was with my councillor today who is really helpful! she reckons I shouldnt let him away with it as all of these ppl will tell him what a shit he has been...she said to put sumthin as my facebook status to let people know I am single and have been 4 the past month!!! but how do I do that without making it obvious??? she said not to let him hide away like a lil cowards that he is!!!............ISNT THAT UNBELIEVABLE??? im upset angry ans really pi$$ed off!! hopefully this will only make me stronger! at least I know now he hasnt and prob wont change and only cares about himself!

I know its hard going trough a break-up but doing it whilst pregnant is soo much harder (happened to me )... I dont understand why he would still be saying you together tho, that would make it harder for you to move on.. Easier to say that do but try not to let him get to you Try not to bother with him until you've had the baby then go from there..

tbh i dont understand why your councillor would tell you to put something on your fb status about being single - you have so much more important things to worry about and he will only end up looking more of an arse when the truth finally comes out. by doing something like that it just makes you look like you want to get at him and its a "tit-for-tat" situation and it would just antagonise your ex and he has already been violent towards you and you reallly dont want that again.

i would just cut him out totally and only contact him again via email (change your number hun) AFTER the baby is born and you are home and have had tme to bond to tell him the baby is here or even better, let him find out when you announce it on fb hopefully after he has been on a night out with the lads and is sleeping off a hangover in the block!! then the truth will come out and everyone will know what a lying waste of space he really is!

like what??? I dont wanna be petty to be honest! and agree with billy2mm aswell that theres no point in lowering myself...the truth always surfaces!! im soooo ANGRY!! how dare he still address me as his"girlfriend" to other people when hes not bothered or by my side AT ALL!! and why I still love him to bits after all of this crap baffles me too!! he looked me in the face and said hes happier without us!!! because of all the stupid nights out etc etc etc!!! some support system.......

I just ended the relationship on FB, then had to log in as him to confirm it lol which prompted lots of comments from his friends that had no idea! He ignored them but I felt better knowing that people knew!

Are you on good terms with any of your former workmates or the guys in the army? Can you just text them to say you know what he has been saying and that you just want to set the record straight, he left you four months ago and you are a single parent. Ask them to quietly make that known to the others who work there and know you both.

Otherwise you might find they have a big collection for you both when the baby is born and buy you a joint card and present etc.
