Hello all
Just a quick intro
I had my little girl on 27th June 2010 at 33 weeks & 4 days she weighed 5lb 4oz and is thriving. I breastfed for 8 weeks until I developed a really bad Urine Infection which meant that I was on really strong antibiotics for 5 days by which time my milk almost dried up.
I found whilst I was on maternity leave (6 MONTHS) and searching the internet, that there was not much advice around for mothers/fathers who have had premature babies
So if anyone out there needs any advice on having/caring for a premature baby (I may not have the answers and if it is medical I would consult your GP or Health Professional) I would be more than happy to share my experiences with you
