TTC for our first baby

Hiya all,
i have just found this forum and hoping it will be able to give me some support while ttc ! !
well about me, im 23 have no children, im recently married and me and hubby have been trying for a year with no luck so far, id love kids lots of them and im already a mum just missing the baby !! im a nurse on a gynae ward and work with women in early pregnancy which has become difficult, i dont understand why some people find it so easy to fall pregnant and others struggle ! half the girls i went to school with it took half a larger on the park and they were pregnant me and hubby been trying for a year and no luck !
lets hope joining this forum brings me some baby luck soon ! we can only hope, anyway as im new im not sure how things work so expect lots of questions !
