So I am now 34+5 and have major placenta praevia ( fully covering the exit!!!) So much for my plans of home birth! Anyway, consultant wanted to keep me in hosp from 34 weeks but as no bleeding so far have managed to avoid that and am going in at 38 weeks for c-section on May 1st (loving this date! hubby and I are both 1st of month so thats v. cool) Just wondering if anyone has been through plac-prev as its pretty hard to find any real info. (I know what it is and that bleeding is bad but would like to hear other peoples experience as it seems pretty rare, any info good or bad would be nice )XXX
