Hi I'm 37 pregnant and terrified!

Recently found out I am pregnant and I am terrified. I am 37, I have teenagers, My youngest is 13.

I am very happy about the pregnancy but being told this is a geriatric pregnancy at every turn is really upsetting me. If anyone has any advice or is an older mom I'd love to hear from you
