Hiya  I hope I'm posting in the right place! Myself (24) and OH (25) have been trying for coming up to 12 months now :sad1: and I've had amennoreah since March:af:, GP finally ordered blood tests, the 1st lot came back as oestrogen raised, she repeated it and it came back normal. I had swabs taken today and have been referred for a transvaginal ultrasound scan and OH has to have a semen analysis done. I'm absolutely terrified of what lies ahead. I think the worst thing for me at the moment is seeing how good my OH is with my twin nephews:baby::baby: worrying I might be depriving him of the chance to be a daddy
Sorry if I've posted in the wrong place, I didn't want to post in the normal TTC forum as for us its not quite as simple as BD'ing and I'm more likely to find empathy and answers here; if I have posted in the wrong plce then I apologise

Welcome hun. It is a scary road to be on, but we are all here to help you as much as we can. I wish you all the best.

Hi hun. You are more than welcome here hun. I hope your journey isn't too long.

Hi Vickie, welcome, I hope the GP will give you some answers soon. :dust:

Hello and welcome :hugs:

You have every right to feel scared and anxious - its completely normal and its the whole "fear of the unknown". Good luck for your scan and DH's results. Let us know how you go, we're all here for you

Thanks for the welcome :) Having read through some of the other posts I think I'm in good company. As a student nurse I worked on a gynae ward back in 2005 and for me a little bit of knowledge is definitely dangerous!

Hi Vickie :hi:
Welcome to the forum. It can be a very nerve wracking experience, waiting on test result after test result. Good thing is you are getting it all checked early, whereas I waited years. So thats a very good step in the right direction.

Good thing about this place, you have plenty of other women to go crazy with you!

Hi Vicky,
Welcome!
Is there any reason for AF to stop?
I was on depo for 5 and half years and it hadn't returned for me until the gp helped out and is now all over the place and i'm not ovulating.
My GP has been a god send so i hope your's is as helpful.
The girls here have been a great help to me over the last few weeks - your in good hands!

No thats the bizarre thing, I had the implant in, when it was removed I had 4 totally normal 32 day cycles, got a chemical pregnancy back in March then nothing since  My GP has been fantastic:thumpup:
I'll be glad of the support on here as none of my family know about the problems we're having, they're all like the most fertile people ever so I'm not sure they'd understand :(

Hi Vicky:hi: I am please to hear you GP is great, Good luck with the tests, you will definitely find support and kind words here, these girls are all sooo lovely :hugs:
