I will be going to the new gyno in a week and a half and
need advice from others who have had to tell a new doc
what was going on. Being that I have a tilted uterus I hate
having an exam or vaginal ultrasound. Could really use the
help DH really wants a baby.

Hi - as long as you have a good gyno, having a tilted uterus shouldn't make any difference really. Keep relaxed if you have an exam and tell them before they start, so they know what to expect. I'm intrigued - you say DH really wants a baby - I assume you do too!! I've had loads of procedures with a very tilted uterus and only one doctor had any trouble with it.
