Another newbie to this site
My name is Rae.
I live in Sydney, Australia. I am very happily married to my gorgeous man Paul (we've been together 11yrs and married for 6yrs), and we have two beautiful girls - Ella Hollie (almost 4yrs) and Tia Rose (2yrs).
I am currently in my 2ww and am keeping everything crossed that we have caught the egg!
It took us a long time to reach the decision to have a third baby cause we haven't had the easiest journey's with both of our girls. I had a severe concealed placenta abruption at 34weeks when preg with Ella and both of us almost didn't make it - was very scary. Then at our 18wk ultra sound, when pregnant with Tia we discovered she had a serious heart defect called Tetralogy of fallot (a large hole in her heart as well as a narrowed pulmonary valve). Tia had open heart surgery just over a year ago (when she was 11 months old) and is now doing brilliantly.
Both of our girls have been incredibly strong and are just such an inspiration and a joy to us that they've enabled us to take this leap of faith and try for our last baby. So we are REALLY hoping for a complication free pregnancy this time around.
Anyway - look at me rambling on LOL - i'm looking forward to checking out this site more and getting to know you guys!
