I'm 37.5 and I'm 3 wks prego today.
Conceived the night England went through. I get niggles twinges pinches bubbles and I Google everything and I'm scared it's ectopic im loosing it il misscarry the twinges arnt really there today and I feel no different. My boobs arnt sore. I've got 7 posative prego tears +1 from the dr. Please advise why have the twinges stopped.
This is my second in 13 years.

If it comes and goes, the chances are it's nothing serious. If you are really worried see your doctor for reassurance. I have had the odd twinges that come go, I have put it down to everything stretching out and probably a bit of wind too! I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry!

Thank you for working the weird stitch like cramp twinge feeling is like on a bikini line.
I don't feel sick my boobs arnt sore I don't feel any different I've had 8 tests all posative and tempted to do another. I'm worried I'm suddenly not pregnant any more . X
