hi leanne, i'm carly and i too suffered from awful morning sickness, yep ginger biscuits helped me, as did eating little and often, having rich tea's by bed to help combat it in the morning. if its really bad, you can always try travel sickness bands that you wear on your wrists.

Hi and welcome to BnB! Lots of tips in the 1st tri section for morning sickness! I can't give you any suggestions as I didn't suffer from it that much, just a few mornings here and there! Hope you feel better soon!
